Seeking the Cross-Cultural: Leaders and Leadership

We are in an age full of turmoil, no more borders of leadership in general. This world and our churches needs the
cross-cultural leaders and their leadership model to embrance all in one purpose for reaching the goals (God’s will). Unfortunately, it is not easy to meet a touchable and global leader, because the spirit of this age is the spirit of homogeni-zation and similarization. This reality has stimulated the writer to write this article. The objective of this article is to describe the currant face of Christian leaders, identify the problems and to assert the theological foundations of cross-cultural leader and leadership as
the nature and mandate for all Christian leaders.
